On a quiet street corner in leafy Brighton sits One Orchard, a row of luxury townhouses for the discerning. The name One Orchard was somewhat inevitable, being the address and a nod to the extensive landscape design by an acclaimed landscape architect featuring established trees and plants.
With a spiral staircase as a centrepiece and imported fixtures and fittings, the materiality and a sense of exclusivity naturally became the hero of the identity. A still life shoot treating the material swatches and homeware items as aesthetic objects took them out of their usual context and showcased them in a different light. The presentation of information also adopted a grand and expansive feeling, with A2 poster tubes to house large plans and custom flipbooks for the display suite.
